We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Cosmin Mahadev Singh a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Cosmin Mahadev , thanks for joining us today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?

When I first started sharing the profound science of Kundalini yoga and meditation through public classes in Las Vegas, there was very little information available within the community. It was an exciting yet challenging time, as a lot of effort went into educating everyone about this ancient practice before even holding regular classes.

But something magical happened. People, driven by the irresistible force of evolution or simply driven by curiosity, started attending the classes. And their experiences during these sessions were nothing short of profound. The transformative power of Kundalini touched them deeply, leaving them hungry for more.

As the classes began to grow, I realized that I needed to strengthen my own energy to create a space where people could truly connect with their authentic selves. It was at this pivotal moment that I made the boldest move of my journey—I turned inward. I decided to fully embody the teachings, living and breathing them every day, allowing them to take root within me.
