New Moon Meditation to Fall in Love with Yourself

New Moon Meditation to
Open Your Third Eye

September 8 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

$30 IN PERSON, $20 ONLINE

The New Moon invites us into darkness and stillness — a sacred space where the outer senses quiet down and inner vision begins to awaken. It is an auspicious time to turn inward, sharpen intuition, and listen for the subtle guidance that cannot be heard through the noise of the mind.

We spend much of our lives relying on what our physical senses and rational mind can tell us. But beyond the thinking mind lies another form of knowing — intuition, the subtle intelligence of the soul.

Join us on September 8th for an ancient Kundalini Yoga meditation for awakening intuition and opening the Third Eye. This sacred practice uses the powerful mantra Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad. Traditionally, the experience is described as every pore of the body becoming an all-seeing eye — the body becoming a temple through which the Infinite is experienced and knowledge and bliss can flow.

The meditation was taught by Guru Nanak to his son Baba Siri Chand, the great yogi associated with the ancient tradition of renunciation and spiritual mastery.

Through sacred mantra and meditation, the practice develops intuition, it expands your ability to sense beyond what is immediately visible, receive inner guidance, and perceive the direction of events before they unfold.

The mantra is also considered highly creative. After the practice, thoughts, words, prayers, and intentions are traditionally held with great care. Use this elevated state to project your highest vision for health, happiness, prosperity, and spiritual growth.

After the meditation, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a LIVE Gong Bath, allowing the sound to deepen the stillness and integrate the experience.

“The outer eyes reveal the world around you. The inner eye reveals the universe within you.” – Mahadev
