April 18th is the Full Moon and we’ll celebrate it together with Indra Nittri Meditation. This meditation is believed to use the most powerful mantra: “Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad”. It connotes the feeling that every pore of the body becomes an all-seeing eye; the body is a temple through which one experiences the Infinite and all knowledge and bliss flow through you.
This meditation was taught by Guru Nanak to his second son, Baba Siri Chand, the reincarnation of Lord Shiva. His son became a great baal yogi. That is a yogi who does not age, who still looks like a young boy, even in his old age. It is said Baba Siri Chand lived over 160 years.
The mantra must be chanted in a sacred way. After chanting it, it is wise to keep your thoughts and words positive, as you will be in a state of manifestation. It is a very creative chant. Anything you say will be amplified and created with great force. When you are in this state give your prayers and most positive projections for health, happiness, and holiness.
Indra Nittri meditation brings great intuition to the practitioner. It represents knowledge that comes through the soul. Expand what you are able to sense and see prior to its happening, get guidance, and open your third eye! All spiritual practices effect multiplies a thousand fold under the full moon.
Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of the LIVE Gong right after the meditation!
