We are delighted to welcome you to this inaugural event of Osho Las Vegas a.k.a. Osho Milarepa Meditation Community. Enjoy meeting other Osho friends, listen to Osho, dance and meditate in the best ambience of RYK Yoga and meditation Center.
We start the event with some songs of celebration, followed by a short audio discourse and Osho Kundalini Meditation.
To help the contemporary seeker reach an experience of meditation, self-observation and inner stillness more quickly, Osho, the twentieth century Indian mystic, created several active meditation techniques.
These techniques have been scientifically designed to enable us to consciously experience and let-go of stress and emotions that have been repressed in the body-mind. They begin with activity and proceed to stillness, begin with music and end in silence.

Osho Kundalini Meditation is usually done at sunset or in the late afternoon. Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to “melt” the rock-like being, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked. Then that energy can flow, dance and be transformed into bliss and joy. The last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, to move upwards into silence. It is a highly effective way of unwinding and letting go at the end of the day.
