Choosing to work on yourself, even through an online platform, is far better than not practicing at all due to the inability to attend an in-person class at a yoga studio. Don’t fall into the trap of letting your mind create excuses for not taking a class at all. Remember, excuses are self-abuses!

With the right mindset and a few technical adjustments, your online experience can be just as fulfilling as being there in person.

If you’re a beginner and haven’t yet established this connection, give it time. Try a few classes with different teachers and see if a bond begins to form. The experience can be incredibly powerful when this bond is present.
