Thank you for choosing RYK Yoga and Meditation Center. We understand that life happens, and plans may change. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for classes, workshops, retreats, and training programs. While we do our best to remain flexible, the following policies are in place to maintain the integrity and accessibility of our offerings.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Classes & Workshops

• No refunds.
• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, a credit valid for 30 days will be issued and can be applied toward other classes, workshops, or services.

Memberships

• No refunds on unused or partially used memberships.
• Memberships and class packages are non-transferable.
• A 14-day written notice is required to cancel recurring memberships.
• Credits or extensions are not provided for missed classes or late cancellations.

Trainings

• All sales are final once the program begins.
• If you cancel before the training starts, please contact us to discuss possible credit options (subject to approval).

Retreats

• All retreat payments are non-refundable.
• In the event of a documented emergency, partial credit toward a future retreat may be considered at our discretion.
