By participating in any classes, workshops, retreats, or events offered by RYK Yoga and Meditation Center (RYK), whether in person or online, you agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation & Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and related wellness activities involve physical and mental exertion and may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or emotional discomfort.
I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, or loss arising from my participation.

2. Health Disclaimer

I confirm that I am in good physical and mental condition to participate and have consulted with a physician if necessary. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to listen to my body and honor my limitations during all activities.

3. Liability Waiver

I release, waive, and discharge RYK Yoga and Meditation Center, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to participation in any RYK activity, including those arising from the negligence of the released parties.

This waiver is binding on me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

4. Media Release

I understand that classes and events may be recorded or photographed. I grant RYK Yoga and Meditation Center the right to use these images or recordings for marketing and promotional purposes in any format.

If I do not wish to appear in photos or videos, I will inform the instructor before the class or event.

5. Non-Transferability

This agreement is personal and non-transferable. Participation in RYK activities is solely at my own risk and discretion.

6. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

By participating in RYK Yoga and Meditation Center activities, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms above.
