Tai Chi Chuan is a Taoist internal martial art based on the principle of Yin Yang – the harmonious interaction of opposite forces for both creation and destruction. Tai Chi Chuan practice consists of Form (Yin) and Push Hands (Yang). Diligent practice of the art yields such benefits as power, wisdom, health, happiness, and martial skill.
Form is the solo exercise, a pattern of movements and techniques that are practiced in a fixed order according to strict structural and mechanical standards on the external level, and develop and utilize awareness and energy on the internal level.
Tai Chi “meditation in motion” is great for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
