Ingredients:
1 glass of milk
(or almond milk)
15 soaked almonds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ghee
1 slice of fresh ginger
1 cardamom
To make:
Soak the almonds for 12 hours. Then peel them.
Warm up the milk & mix with all the other ingredients.
Enjoy together with the almonds.
You can drink it in the morning or before bed time (it will also help you sleep).
