RYK Yoga and Meditation Center goes beyond offering yoga classes. As the founder of RYK, Cosmin Mahadev has created an environment for seekers, utilizing Kundalini Yoga as a vehicle for self-actualization.

Next level yogic practice

While many yoga studios offer one style of yoga practice, our studio is committed and focused on the total teachings of yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a Raj Yoga and is considered the most powerful and inclusive of all yogas. Its origins come from the beginning of time, and the root of its teachings appears to be found in the wisdom of every culture. One year of Kundalini Yoga practice equals twenty-two years of other types of yoga practice combined.

In addition to the traditional methods of “giving,” RYK has offered classes and philanthropic services at hospitals, schools, prisons, women’s shelters, and other locations.

Cosmin Mahadev Singh was born in Romania, a country with a deep-rooted history in diversity and spirituality. His upbringing, enriched with a combination of old and new world teachings, set the foundation for an inner calling of growth and search for knowledge, which led him on his spiritual path.

Mahadev’s approach to Yogic Practice is a blend of cutting-edge scientific research integrated with the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga. His universal teachings transcend cultural and demographic boundaries to be understood and appreciated by everyone.
