This date is not random. June 21st falls on or around the Summer Solstice\, a powerful time of light\, vitality\, renewal\, and expansion — a natural moment to pause\, breathe\, practice\, and reconnect with yourself and your community. Yoga has always been more than physical movement. It is a path of balance\, awareness\, health\, inner strength\, and connection. On this special day\, people across the world gather to practice\, reflect\, and celebrate the ancient science of Yoga. At RYK\, we are opening our doors for FREE Yoga and Meditation classes for all experience levels. Whether you are brand new to yoga or already have a steady practice\, this is a beautiful opportunity to come together\, share energy\, and celebrate the light of the season. Bring your friends\, family\, neighbors\, or someone who has been curious about yoga or meditation but has not yet stepped into a class.
