Beautiful place one that I am so grateful for. To be able to feel at home is the most beautiful thing for me every day I walk through the door. The vibe is high and the people are so friendly and warm-hearted that at times I find myself basking in gratitude for being able to be apart of such a beautiful community. The first time I walked through the doors of Raise Your Kundalini Yoga and Meditation (RYK), I was so vulnerable inside. That feeling, of waking up and realizing today is the first day of my life and everything before today was gone. Long story short it was meant to be and I remember Cosmin reading my shirt and of course, my shirt was tied to a beautiful memory… memories… The community at RYK and the teachers of RYK really helped me overcome many days of darkness, guiding me towards the light and showing me the tools to apply to life’s pressures. Forever I am grateful to them and to all of you who make the community there.
